The activity consists of learning in the water with the boat known as the Catalan llagut, aimed at assimilating the basic technique of fixed bench rowing. It is performed over a weekend 1.5 hours each day.

- Comfortable clothes
- Sports shoes

- The club has changing rooms available to course participants.
